Great Company! Heater went out and they came out and repaired right away! Turned out to be a very minor problem and they didn't charge me. Thanks to my technician Karl. They earned a customer for life!

I've been using this company for over a decade. They are always timely, professional , helpful, and reasonable. Unlike other companies, they care when your AC goes out and it's 100 degrees outside. They have repaired issues for me that Home Warranty Company contractors refuse to fix, and do the little things that make us feel like a valued customer. I'll never call anyone else! Got home around 6:00 after being out of town this week. Opened the door and discovered it was 84 degrees inside and 80 outside (yes, a weak cool front blew through)! I called North Texas Mechanical and shortly thereafter David Kopp called to say he was on his way! A couple of hours later, David has left and the temperature is headed down! Wouldn't ever think of using anyone other than David or Karl! Thanks North Texas Mechanical!
